俺的出国纪念日啊,年年今日数到今,不知道会数到什么时候去,一年一国的愿望终是落空,今年农某人公司组织钓鱼旅行,不能陪我他还挺遗憾的说,俺基本已经对这个日子末啥感觉列。。。。残念啊。。。居然在家宅了一周末,把itouch从1升级到3,然后越狱装了一堆堆得玩意儿,小it基本就是一个新玩具鸟,机动,鸭动,狗动~~然后把大苹果得lightroom也升级了,装了边框得插件,只从用苹果以来没法出带logo和边框得小图的问题终于得到解决!这也是俺上一年更新比较少的原因之一~~(当然逃脱不了懒字,还有变化过多心不定的原因)

今年算是出国来变化比较大的一年,当然俺每次换国家都是巨大变化的一年,今年也素,农某人带上了博士帽,找了工作,俺们又千里迢迢的从加拿大搬到米国--却是个比加拿大还冷的地方。看来我真是喜欢冷的地方,真是喜欢上这儿,小当肯定也喜欢的,每天去湖边散步,周末出门hiking,嗯,除了夏天也太不夏天以外,都还不错。
郁闷的是房子总没买好,本来买了房子,开始我们婚后第二个5年计划正正好,结果这一买就买了半年还没找落,不是经济危机么,怎么大家都在买房子呢?。。。眼看这6周年结婚纪念日都近了,晕呀~这半年除了往返于加拿大和米国之间以外,时间都投给了房子们,看了没有上百也有好几十个,总没有特别满意的,人啊要求越高越麻烦啊,可是要求却总是不停增长,怎么办呢?看上的还总是short sale,第一个价格没谈拢,主要也是对其location不是特别满意,第2个,都挺满意,房检却出了问题,活脱脱鸡肋,这3,4个都还在等待中,结果农药公司老板居然起刺,对本来以为确定的调动有了反悔,活活气死我,可千万要搬成啊啊啊啊。。老天保佑。。。。

嗯,好了,没有牢骚要发了,老天保佑农药能调去双城,老天保佑俺们房子快点批下来,老天保佑俺加国国籍快点批下来,老天保佑俺和家人朋友健康,over~

附前几天七夕外出吃饭照片几张,本地比较有名得老店fitgers,其实就是老美那些burger之类得东西,但是味道特别得好,难得~~























短到几乎得按天来算得夏天可要好好珍惜啊~

萤火虫流星雨

昨天天气太热,难得的,duluth居然也有29度,对于这个湖边空调城来说,简直是不得了的温度,这个夏天以来唯一的热天,恐怕也是这个夏天唯一一次高温了。

农药早早下班把我从家里拯救出来(这种地方平日觉得冷,话说我上周还在开暖气,本周就想着如果有空调就好了。。。当然为了1年3天的高温装空调,估计是谁家也不会做的事情。。)俺们跑到附近一个小镇看Frank Lloyd Wright毕生设计的唯一一个加油站,其实是很简陋的加油站,小小的并不起眼,最起眼的反而是上面看着不匝地的字体写的frank lloyd。。。

加油站所在的小镇有个很不错的墨西哥馆子,在那儿吃饱喝足,回到城里,就计划去看晚上的流星雨。这么晴朗的天空,晚上凉爽的天气,还闷在家里那实在是很不应该的~

向北开出城,不到半小时,就远离的光污染,靠湖边一停,打开车门下车,一下车农药就惊呼:一个! 我什么都没看到,湖面上有水汽,蒸得东边下半截天空迷迷蒙蒙,长庚星在东边格外闪亮,在天顶,巨大得银河斜跨苍穹。

盯着东边得水汽,没几分钟我开始觉得眼花,我跟农药说,乃刚才莫不也是眼花吧?我咋没看到流星捏?俺还没看过流星呢!10年前那次狮子座流星雨,和室友们齐齐冒着严寒去观星,奈何济南得空气污染,愣是半个星星都看不着!
说话间,一个流星飞过,划过长长得尾巴,我大喊:啊,一个!
这才意识到,眼花和真的流星得区别,搞不清楚是眼花出来得星星得还是流星得,那肯定是眼花没错!真的流星,你绝对不会认错它,那么耀眼,它一经过,目光马上就会被吸引,其他得星星再亮也不如它。
接下来10分钟,就看到了7,8颗,有的我看到了,农药没看到,有的他看到我没看到,有时候,一扭头,天顶又一颗飞速划过,每次每次都来不及许愿,我总是大叫:一颗。。。。。失败失败,然后我开始念叨:房房房。。。。还是总反应不过来。
打电话通知当当的2个干爹,他们现在都在az,最好的观星地啊,召唤他们赶快出来看流星,野狼干爹真是有运气,才叫他出了后院,就看到一个特别大的,然后说话间又是好几颗刷刷飞过,我:房。。。。。话音还不落就没了。
这期间算是个小高潮,频率非常的高,一会一个的~
之后寂静了一小会儿,突然看到绿光一闪,以为是流星,再想这轨迹不对啊?再看绿光再次出现,原来是萤火虫~,绿莹莹的小灯时起时灭,配合湖上的雾气,漫天的星星,真是仙境。不过,要说浪漫,恐怕还是那次在加拿大,自家卧室出现萤火虫让我更惊喜呢。今天萤火虫配流星,也很美,今晚出门收获真是不小~

仰着头看了半天,脖子累得不行,没带躺椅来真是失策,最应该带上气垫床,躺在地上看。我们回到车里,把车顶天窗打开,躺在车里看了一会儿,又看到2个,这会算许上愿了。车顶天窗比较视野有闲,休息一会儿我们又出来,我说我愿望没许够,出外面继续看流星许愿,农药说看看你这追求,咋不喊世界和平呢,咋不喊共产主义捏?俺说,这么大担子,人家流星不敢出来了。
临走前最后一个,我大喊一声房!农药哇哇乱叫(为啥?保密,嘿嘿)笑得我不行~
回来路上,农药说天气好,兴许我们在院子里也能看的,回来一看,什么啊,天差地别啊,我的银河呢?星星呢?流星呢?这城市光污染还真是厉害,看起来不怎么样的灯光,平日还不觉得,现在一看,哎,还是应该在野地里盖房子啊!!

盖饭之绊

看了东野小说改编的日剧:推理之绊,很自然的结果就是变成盖饭之绊。。。。做林氏盖饭! 先转2个方子: 据说林氏(hayashi)盖饭的发明人是林子平【奈奈注:日本江户中期的政治家。江户人。】的子孙(实质上林子平姐姐的子孙)。长久以来,有这么一种说法流传着-“因为丸善的创业者 早矢仕有的(hayashi yuuteki)做过研究,所以就叫hayashi盖饭了【奈奈注:此处的『林』的发音为hayashi,和『早矢仕』的发音相同】 ”但是正如上述所说,发明者是林子平姐姐的子孙,hayashi的根源是“林”。          所以,早矢仕有的 并不是发明者。          也有一种说法是“上野精养轩”的一个叫林的厨师发明的工作餐,但是并没有证据表明上野精养轩的林姓厨师是林子平姐姐的子孙。          ·ハッシュドビーフ・ウィズ・ライス(Hashed beef with Rice 但是本来是不使用调味番茄汁的)由于发音不标准变成了“hasshi盖饭”,然后又变成了“haishi盖饭”,最后演变成了“hayashi(林氏)盖饭”。          ·林氏盖饭用的材料是四足动物的肉,在还没有接纳牛肉的时代,如果食用这种食品是要受罚的,是要“早死的”【奈奈注:发音接近hayashi】,由于这种说法所以开始称为林氏(hayashi)盖饭了。          ·在明治时期的中日甲午战争后开辟的大陆航路的港口,门司港的荣町商店街的大众餐馆,给急着乘船的客人准备的以调味番茄酱为主的“快餐饭【发音为hayai】”所以后来演变成林氏盖饭(hayashi)。     【材料】(2人前)   牛肉200g切片,洋葱1个切丝,   面粉2大勺,红酒1/2杯,   番茄汁1/2杯,番茄酱1大勺,   蔬菜汁1/2杯,蜂蜜1/2大勺,   鸡精浓汤宝1块,黄油2小勺,   ウスターソース(英式辣酱油)1/2大勺,酱油1/2大勺,   砂糖,盐,胡椒粉少许      【做法】   1、平底锅放入黄油把牛肉炒熟,取出;   2、洋葱炒至变色,取出;   3、黄油热容,加入面粉炒熟;   4、加入红酒,番茄汁,煮沸后小心撇去沫子;   5、加入蔬菜汁,番茄酱,蜂蜜,鸡精块,辣酱油,酱油;   6、加入洋葱,小火煮10分钟,加入牛肉,调味。   7、汤汁调好盖在饭上就行了。

======== 牛薄切り肉(薄切牛肉)...300g [下味] 酒...小さじ2(2小匙) 塩コショウ...少々(鹽胡椒。。。少量) 砂糖...小さじ1(砂糖。。。1小匙) 小麦粉...大さじ1.5~2(小麥粉。。。1.5~2大匙) 玉ネギ...2個(洋蔥。。。兩個) 水...大さじ2(水。。。2大匙) トマト...2個(西紅柿。。。2個) 赤ワイン...150ml(紅酒。。。150ml) サラダ油...大さじ1(色拉油。。。1大匙) バター...10g(牛油。。。10g) ゆで卵...2個(熟雞蛋。。。兩個) [調味料] ドミグラスソース...1缶(Demi-glace sauce。。。據說是一種很基本的西餐醬料。。。1罐) 水...100ml 固形ブイヨン...1個(固體清湯。。。也就是那些xx濃湯寶之類的。。。1個) [パセリライス]洋芫荽飯 ご飯(炊きたて)...2合分(煮好的飯。。。2合~~1合為1升又1/10) バター...10g(牛油。。。10g) ドライパセリ...小さじ2~3(干的洋芫荽。。。小匙2~3) 塩コショウ...少々(鹽胡椒。。。少量) 作り方 1.牛薄切り肉は3cmの長さに切り、酒、塩コショウ、砂糖をもみ込み、小麦粉をからめる。 薄切牛肉弄成3cm長,用酒、鹽胡椒、砂糖攪拌,撒上小麥粉 2.玉ネギは縦半分に切り、更に縦5mm幅に切って耐熱皿に並べる。水を振り掛けてふんわりラップを掛け、電子レンジで6~7分加熱し、火傷に注意しながら取り出す。トマトは水洗いして水気を拭き取り、ヘタをくりぬいてザク切りにする。ゆで卵は半分にする。 洋蔥縱向切半,然後再縱向切成5cm的薄片放在耐熱皿上,灑上水后蓋上保鮮膜,放到微波爐中加熱6-7分鐘后小心取出。西紅柿洗乾淨后擦乾,去掉蒂后切成大塊。熟雞蛋切成兩半。 3.大きめのフライパンにサラダ油、バターを中火で熱し牛肉を炒める。 用大的煎鍋放入色拉油、牛油中火加熱然後炒牛肉。 4.牛肉の色が変わったら玉ネギを汁ごと加え、赤ワインを注ぎ入れ、木ベラで混ぜながら、強火で赤ワインを全体にからめるように炒め合わせる。 當牛肉變色時將洋蔥連同汁一起放入、倒紅酒,用木勺子混合攪拌的同時,用強火將紅酒均勻的浸入全部食材中。 5.<調味料>を加え、煮立ったらトマトを加える。再び煮立ったら弱火にして蓋をして15分位煮、トロミがついたら塩コショウで味を調える。 加入調味料,東西煮開后再放西紅柿,再次煮開后蓋上蓋子用弱火煮15分鐘,變位勾芡狀后用鹽胡椒調味。 6.炊きたてご飯にバター、ドライパセリを加えて全体に混ぜ合わせ、<パセリライス>にする。器に盛って(5)を掛け、ゆで卵を添える。 煮好的飯加入牛油、干洋芫荽混合攪拌,做成洋芫荽飯置入容器中然後澆上(5),添入熟雞蛋。 大功告成。 成品,耐心不够,看了一集就跑去做了,其实第2集有做法,这2个方子和电视上有点出入,俺炖的时间也不够,耐心。。耐心哈。。。 其结果捏,卖相不怎么样(为鸟营养问题,添加凉拌菠菜一小把放旁边,口黑口黑),味道还不错,再炖久点应该会更好,酸酸甜甜的,比较难想象的是,这个东西要做的难吃很不容易,怎么会出现电视里那个百试味道还很差的家伙捏?

From Nordeast pub crawls to the Fringe, what we do for kicks is a big part of what makes us unique: We ski in the streets and we drive on the ice. We float milk-carton boats. We read in sculpture gardens, next to giant spoons and cherries.

In honor of Minneapolis's 150th birthday, we gathered 150 of our favorite things to do. No matter the season, this list will keep you busy:

Summer

1. Walk around Lake Harriet at sunset so you end up at the band shell for a little summer music. Then head up the hill to Sebastian Joe's for ice cream (two scoops, of course).
2. Spend the first two weeks of August racing from show to show for the Minnesota Fringe Festival. Bonus: The first weekend in August, you can catch a Fringe performance in Uptown and then spend the rest of the afternoon strolling through the Uptown Art Fair. End the day with a cool drink and good food at Chino Latino.
3. Enjoy lawn bowling on the roof at Brit's Pub.
4. Run around Lake Calhoun, then grab a Jamba Juice at Whole Foods to refuel.
5. Sit on the deck of Tugg's Tavern in Saint Anthony Main in the summertime—enjoy a stuffed burger and lemonade while taking in the skyline and riverfront views.
